1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging where possible
- Complete with all accessories, parts, and included items
- Not installed, modified, or used
Please contact us before returning any product. Items returned without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed products
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Customized or specially requested products
- Products with missing parts or accessories
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Clearance or final sale items, if clearly stated
3. Quality Issues or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of the package and shipping label
- A clear description of the problem
After confirmation, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by a verified product quality issue or our mistake, we will provide a suitable solution.
If the return is due to personal reasons, wrong selection, compatibility issues, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the return policy will apply.
7. Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchase, including axle size, brake type, cassette type, freehub body, tire size, and frame clearance.
